Carisha Williams, LPC-S, EMDR-Certified
Carisha earned her Master of Science Degree with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in 2011. Prior to completing her master's degree, she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the prestigious Mississippi University of Women in Columbus, MS in 2005. Carisha has worked in three Community mental health facilities across the state of Mississippi for a large part of her career. During this time, she facilitated treatment of services to inpatient treatment facilities, Department of Human Services, Youth Court services, and school districts including Desoto County Schools. She was also promoted to Director of Children's Services in Desoto County with the Community Mental Health Center. In addition to being a liaison with the school district and meeting the needs of children in this Desoto County, Carisha began an assignment for the Department of Defense at the Military Base in Millington, TN. This position has given her insight into a vast multicultural approach to help support the need of military families, as well as civilians. Carisha furthered her educational studies by receiving training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing and is now a Certified EMDR Psychotherapist. Carisha also took her license to the next level by becoming a Supervisor for the state of MS, dedicated to assisting other counselors in their journey of becoming a fully licensed professional counselor.

Taquila Smith, Ed. S, LPC, EMDR- Trained
Telehealth Only (MS, TN, LA)
Taquila has been a dedicated and transformative force in the mental health field for over 13 years. A native of Shaw, MS, now residing in Olive Branch, MS, she is an LPC in both MS and TN. She is a National Certified Counselor and trained in EMDR therapy. Taquila is a proud two time graduate of Delta State University, earning a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Mental Health Counseling, as well as, a Specialist Degree in Psychometry from Jackson State University.
Passionate about mental health awareness since childhood, Taquila's professional journey includes working with children, adults, and geriatric client in various environments such as in-patient facilities, school based services, in-home care, and private practice. Each of these experiences have expanded her ability to adapt to different client needs, from crisis intervention to long-term therapy. Her private practice work has further honed skills in building strong therapeutic relationships and tailoring interventions to address a broad spectrum of mental health concerns.
Currently, she serves as a Licensed Program Expert for Youth Villages, where she collaborates with global partners to ensure the implementation of evidence-based treatment model meet fidelity. This role has deepened her expertise in maintaining clinical excellence, developing effective interventions, and working within multidisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes for young adults transitioning out of foster care to ensure they are equipped with basic life skills. Before taking current role as LPE, Taquila fulfilled the position as Clinical Supervisor for an in-home service program still within Youth Villages. In that role, she got to display her strong leadership skills to foster a productive, supportive, and ethical work environment that enhanced the performance and satisfaction of children as well as therapists on her team.
When she's not empowering others, Taquila enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with her loved ones. Her commitment to mental health awareness and advocacy continues to inspire and uplift those around her daily.

Therapist
Sarah Edinger, LCSW
Sarah is a proud graduate of The University of Tennessee College of Social Work. As a therapist, Sarah views herself as an accessible, everyday resource, offering a safe and supportive space for individuals to navigate and process life's various stressors. While she doesn't believe that a formal diagnosis is necessary for therapy, she does recognize that insurance may require one for coverage. Although, Sarah is not EMDR trained, she works with many trauma related cases conducting preliminary work for trauma processing and EMDR patients.
Sarah is as down-to-earth as they come. She is dedicated, hard working, and also mindful of quality over quantity.
She is an LCSW with 20 years of experience with children and youth in various mental health settings. The past 6 years has been devoted to private practice where she has included working with women of all ages. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic modelalities including person-centered, Coginitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance, and Goal-Focused just to name a few.
Often times adults, adolescents and children need an independent and trusting therapist to help sort out difficult emotions and behaviors. Let's improve confidence, coping skills, and your ability to navigate life a little easier together with grace, laughs and self-compassion!!!

Erica Robinson, LCSW-S
With over 14 years of clinical experience, Erica Robinson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Board Approved Supervisor dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges with confidence, resilience, and hope. She is known for creating a welcoming, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to achieve meaningful change.
Erica earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, Alabama, and her Master of Social Work from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida. Throughout her career, she has worked with clients across the lifespan- from infancy through older adulthood- in a variety of clinical settings. These experiences have given her the ability to thoughtfully tailor treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. While Erica values serving individuals of all ages her passion lies in working with children adolescents, young adults and families. She has devoted much of her career to supporting young people through emotional, behavioral, and life transitions while partnering with families to foster lasting growth and healthy relationships. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in authenticity, cultural humility, evidence-based practices, and a genuine belief in every client's capacity for healing and transformation.
As a Board Approved Supervisor, Erica is equally passionate about cultivating excellence within the profession by mentoring and supporting aspiring clinical social workers as they develop into confident, ethical, and compassionate clinicians.

Manessha Floyd, P-LPC, PSC
Manessha earned her Master of Education Degree with a concentration in Mental
Health Counseling from Delta State University in 2001. Prior to completing her Masters
degree, she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Delta State
University in 1999. Manessha’s professional journey began as a therapist at Shelby
Training Center-Juvenile Youth Center, where she counseled young boys who had
committed misdemeanor offenses. She later began working as a Professional School
Counselor in various academic environments such as Northwest Mississippi Community
College, High Schools, Middle Schools, and Elementary Schools for over 23 years in
the state of Tennessee, and North Carolina. In these various settings, Manessha gained
experience in crisis management, depression, anxiety, social/economic issues,
academic issues, parental issues, behavioral interventions, trauma, and at-risk youth.
She has advocated for children, and families by fostering relationships with community
partners and administrative leadership. She has worked alongside, parents, teachers,
and staff to do the “Heart,” work that it has taken to move students to the next level.
Because of her deep desire to effect change, Manessha is in the process of pursuing
her full licensure under the direct supervision of Carisha Williams, LPC-S.

A life long Mississippian, Amy is a proud mother of three and "Honey" to three beloved grandchildren. She enjoys the outdoors, especially fishing, hiking, and traveling. She treasures time spent with her faith, family, and close friends. Known for her loyalty, wit, and deep sense of purpose, Amy brings heart, humor, and honor to everything she does.

Audrey is a graduate of Mississippi Delta Community College Capp Center where she received her certification as a Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA). She is a dependable, organized, and motivated professional who values teamwork and leadership. Audrey truly loves what she does and enjoys helping others while continuing to grow professionally. Rochelle Hemphill
Rochelle was a dedicated professional ready to meet the needs of all of our patients. She worked in customer service in the past. She had experience with customers through being a pharmacy technician. She was welcoming and went over and beyond to get the job done!!
