Carisha Williams , LPC-S
Carisha earned her Master of Science Degree with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in 2011. Prior to completing her master's degree, she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the prestigious Mississippi University of Women in Columbus, MS in 2005. Carisha has worked in three Community mental health facilities across the state of Mississippi for a large part of her career. During this time, she facilitated treatment of services to inpatient treatment facilities, Department of Human Services, Youth Court services, and school districts including Desoto County Schools. She was also promoted to Director of Children's Services in Desoto County with the Community Mental Health Center. In addition to being a liaison with the school district and meeting the needs of children in this Desoto County, Carisha began an assignment for the Department of Defense at the Military Base in Millington, TN. This position has given her insight into a vast multicultural approach to help support the need of military families, as well as civilians. Carisha furthered her educational studies by receiving training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing and is now a Certified EMDR Psychotherapist. Carisha also took her license to the next level by becoming a Supervisor for the state of MS, dedicated to assisting other counselors in their journey of becoming a fully licensed professional counselor.

Taquila Smith, Ed. S, LPC
Taquila has been a dedicated and transformative force in the mental health field for over 13 years. A native of Shaw, MS, now residing in Olive Branch, MS, she is an LPC in both MS and TN. She is a National Certified Counselor and trained in EMDR therapy. Taquila is a proud two time graduate of Delta State University, earning a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Mental Health Counseling, as well as, a Specialist Degree in Psychometry from Jackson State University.
Passionate about mental health awareness since childhood, Taquila's professional journey includes working with children, adults, and geriatric client in various environments such as in-patient facilities, school based services, in-home care, and private practice. Each of these experiences have expanded her ability to adapt to different client needs, from crisis intervention to long-term therapy. Her private practice work has further honed skills in building strong therapeutic relationships and tailoring interventions to address a broad spectrum of mental health concerns.
Currently, she serves as a Licensed Program Expert for Youth Villages, where she collaborates with global partners to ensure the implementation of evidence-based treatment model meet fidelity. This role has deepened her expertise in maintaining clinical excellence, developing effective interventions, and working within multidisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes for young adults transitioning out of foster care to ensure they are equipped with basic life skills. Before taking current role as LPE, Taquila fulfilled the position as Clinical Supervisor for an in-home service program still within Youth Villages. In that role, she got to display her strong leadership skills to foster a productive, supportive, and ethical work environment that enhanced the performance and satisfaction of children as well as therapists on her team.
When she's not empowering others, Taquila enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with her loved ones. Her commitment to mental health awareness and advocacy continues to inspire and uplift those around her daily.

Therapist
Loreal Walker, LMSW
Loreal Walker earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Eastern Michigan University and her Master Social Work degree from Wayne State University. Loreal holds a Master of Social Worker License in the state of Mississippi. She is currently pursuing her clinical social work licensure. She possesses 15 years of experience in the field and has provided services to the individuals and families across all socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. Loreal specializes in working with children, young adults, and seniors to help them uncover past traumas, process them, and let them go. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Solution Based Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Task-Centered Practice, and Motivational Interviewing modalities. She has a wealth of knowledge including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, parenting issues, difficult transitions and life changes, racial trauma, grief, life adjustments, stress management, self-care, etc. Loreal has served in her community. She has experience in various settings, including educational facilities, in patient hospitalization and community outreach work.

Tania Marr, LCSW
Tania earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree in 2018 from Union University, a private Christian university located in Jackson, TN. The following year she enrolled in Union Universities MSW program, earning her Master of Social Work degree in 2020. She holds an active professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Tania currently works as a Mental Health Intensive Case Management Social Worker for the Lt. Col. Luke Weathers, Jr. (Memphis) VA Medical Center, where she works closely with the Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) populations. In addition to her role working with veterans, Tania’s experience includes in patient mental health therapy, medical social work, and behavioral health coaching where she provided tele-mental health services to various populations across the United States. She has utilized interventions such as motivational interviewing (MI), talk therapy, client-centered/person-centered therapy, mindfulness therapy, relaxation therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT) to treat clients. Tania will be treating young adults, adults and elderly (ages 18-65+).

Mary Hutcheson, P-LPC
Mary earned her bachelors Degree in Psychology and her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Mississippi.
Mary has worked with a variety of individuals, ranging from children to older adults. Mary's passion is to help individuals develop coping skills to navigate through depression, anxiety, trauma, and other varying mental health struggles.
Mary's goal is to help people find new ways of growth and enrichment and to not feel weighed down when life gets hard. Mary is in the process of pursuing full licensure under the direct supervision of Carisha Williams. LPC-S.

Rochelle is a dedicated professional ready to meet the needs of all of our patients. She has worked in customer service for over the past 5 years. She has experience with customers through being a pharmacy technician. She is welcoming and goes over and beyond to get the job done!!
Rochelle is the first point of contact with our office via phone, email, or in person. She is compassionate and professional in meeting all needs.
